Your eligibility for a refund is based on the time we receive your cancellation notification:
- More than 24 hours before the trip start: 100% of the booking price will be refunded.
- Between 24 and 2 hours before the trip start: 50% of the booking price will be refunded.
- Less than 2 hours before the trip start: No refund will be issued.

Sure! You can cancel the booking anytime, at least one hour before the pick up time. We only charge a 25% cancellation fee if your trip is canceled one hour before it starts

We had taken a 10 days honeymoon tour with Didi, and we had the most pleasant experience. He is very much aware about all the places and routes, we had experience of the real bali. The art museum was beautiful, and monkey sanctuary was so much fun! We also did some great shopping in the market. And we are so lucky that our tour guide Yos was so good! He taught us so much about the history and culture, we learned a lot and had so much fun with him.
