Your eligibility for a refund is based on the time we receive your cancellation notification:
- More than 24 hours before the trip start: 100% of the booking price will be refunded.
- Between 24 and 2 hours before the trip start: 50% of the booking price will be refunded.
- Less than 2 hours before the trip start: No refund will be issued.

Sure! You can cancel the booking anytime, at least one hour before the pick up time. We only charge a 25% cancellation fee if your trip is canceled one hour before it starts

We had taken a 10 days honeymoon tour with Didi, and we had the most pleasant experience. He is very much aware about all the places and routes, we had experience of the real bali. Didi is very friendly we had amazing pictures, tasted local fruits, saw amazing locations , did various adventures. I would highly recommend to take tours from them
We were lucky enough to have a tour guide like Tawan. He was so patient taking a perfect, instagramable shot for us. Lunch was great. Would definitely give him a 5 star and recommend to my friends as well. Keep smiling it's contagious.
The art museum was beautiful, and monkey sanctuary was so much fun! We also did some great shopping in the market. And we are so lucky that our tour guide Yos was so good! He taught us so much about the history and culture, we learned a lot and had so much fun with him.
Our driver for this trip was MANGKOK and we would like to express our appreciation towards him as he has definitely made our trip a smooth and memorable one. We needed to find a home-stay/resort at a very last minute and he even went the extra mile by bringing us to various places to check out and Ensure that we get a reasonable price for our short stay there.
